Quiz Team

Enter the name, age, grade level and number of years quizzing for each quizzer.  The name, age, grade and number of years are required for each quizzer.  Include years quizzed in 5th or 6th grade for graduating quizzers only. 

 

If the quizzer should be considered as a possible All-Star, enter "Yes" in the appropriate column.  This does NOT mean the quizzer was an all-star at their Regional competition.  By rule, quizzers must be recommended by their coaches before they can be considered for selection as an all-star at Nationals.  If the All-Star column is not completed, "No" will be assumed. 

 

Verify that quizzer names are correctly spelled.  All awards will be printed using the spelling as entered online.
